To send message manually it is neccesary to go messages manually, go to the issue page.
In dropdown menu "More" select link "Send smsSMS". You will be redirected to the "Send SMS" page.
Here you can enter recieverdefine receiver's phone number and text message. If you entered have defined default values on the configuration page, you will see that values in inputs fieldinput fields.
Click the "Send" button, and the reciver a receiver will get SMSthe message.
