To send message manually it is neccesary to go to messages manually, go to the issue page.
In dropdown drop-down menu "More" select link "Send smsSMS". You will be redirected to the "Send SMS" page.
Here you can define recieverreceiver's phone number and text message. If you have defined default values on the configuration page, you will see that values in input fields.
Click the "Send" button, and the reciver a receiver will get messagethe message.
