To use the warehouse plugin you should insert license key into the license input field.
Contact the vendor for their policy and ask the license key (https://polontech.com/services/custom-plugin-development/).
Insert the license key here http://yourinstance/secure/STRWarehouse.jspa
If the license key is correct you will see “Warehouse” tab on the top of the jira navigation bar:
